Shipping & Returns

Delivery to Denmark

  • We aim at sending orders 2 times a week most often Mondays and Thursdays.
  • Our delivery times in Denmark are usually within a week.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been sent.
  • Delivery is handled by PostNord and DAO. You decide your delivery option at check-out. Both deliver all week days and your goods will be delivered 1-5 days after being handed over to the delivery partner.
  • Your goods will be delivered at the address or pick-up point you choose. If there is no more space at the chosen pick-up point your package will be moved to another pick-op point near you. You will be informed about this.
  • There's specific delivery terms for certain items like heavy or fragile items. You'll be informed about these terms before the purchase of these items.
  • If you have a delivery deadline please let us know by emailing us at shop@livelinor.dk and we will try our hardest to meet this deadline.

Delivery Abroad

  • If you choose a non-tracked delivery options we unfortunately can't give you an estimate of when your package will arrive.
  • Delivery is handled by PostNord – the national mail service of Denmark.
  • Your goods will be delivered at the address you choose at check-out.
  • There's specific delivery terms for certain items like heavy or fragile items. You'll be informed about these terms before the purchase of these items.
  • If you have a delivery deadline please let us know by emailing us at shop@livelinor.dk and we will try our hardest to meet this deadline.

International Orders and Custom Charges

Please note that customers outside of Denmark may be required to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us and we are not responsible for the payment of these fees. You may also be charged a processing fee relating to the handling of custom clearance by PostNord and this is not included in your payment to us, but you are responsible for paying this in order to receive your order. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with your local laws in regards to these fees before you make an order.

Delivery Prices in Denmark

The final prices are calculated at check-out, since they are based on the weight of your total order. Below you find two tables as a guide to our delivery prices:

PostNord Standard Letter: (Non-tracked)

  • Max 250 g: 22 DKK
  • 250 - 500 g: 44 DKK

PostNord Home delivery: (Tracked)

  • Max 5 kg: 65 DKK

PostNord Pick up: (Tracked)

  • Max 5 kg: 50 DKK

NOTE: If you choose PostNords “Standard Letter”:

  • If you choose this method the package can not be tracked.
  • Expected delivery time is within 5 days.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost letters when choosing this method.

DAO Home delivery: (Tracked)

  • 100 - 500 g: 42 DKK
  • 500 g - 1 kg: 47 DKK
  • 1 - 3 kg: 53 DKK

DAO Pick up: (Tracked)

  • 100 - 500 g: 42 DKK
  • 500 g - 1 kg: 47 DKK
  • 1 - 3 kg: 53 DKK
  • More than 3 kg: 68 DKK

Click & Collect (Denmark Only)

For our local customers we offer a click and collect option which you can select on checkout. Once we have got your order ready you will receive an e-mail letting you know when you can come and collect your order.

  • 100 – 250 g: 66 DKK

PostNord Home Delivery (Tracked)

  • Under 2 kg: 132 DKK

NOTE: If you choose PostNord Home Delivery (Non-tracked):

  • If you choose this method the package can not be tracked.
  • Expected delivery time will vary depending on the country you order to.
  • Unfortunately we cannot offer you an estimated time of arrival for this option.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost letters when choosing this method.

Refund & Return Policy

  • If you have changed your mind about products bought on the webshop they can be sent back for an exchange or refund provided you file a returns request 14 days after receiving the order. Unless otherwise is agreed upon.
  • File your return request to: shop@livelinor.dk
  • If the return is approved, you have a further 14 days from the request date to ship the items back to us.
  • Customised and personalised orders are not covered by the return policy.
  • You cannot return an item which have been used or opened.
  • The 14 days start when you have received your full order.
  • You cannot simply deny the package upon delivery or by not picking it up.

How to Return a Product

  • Send an email to: shop@livelinor.dk and please make it clear to us that you want to file a returns request.
  • Remember to add a copy of your receipt or attach it as a file in the email for us.
  • Please note that any outgoing and return postage costs incurred in an exchange or return are at your cost as a customer. In the case of an international order, local imports costs (taxes and charges) will not be refunded.
  • The condition of the product is at your responsibility from the moment you receive it till the moment it's in our possession again. It's up to Liv Elinor Studio to estimate the condition.

Returns should be sent to:

  • Liv Elinor Studio, Venedigvej 6, 4.tv, 2300 København S.
  • We do not accept products sent as Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.)

Product Condition Upon Return

  • Any returned item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received, unused and resalable, taking care to ensure to pack the items carefully to remove the possibility of damage. This must include all original packaging pertaining to each product. Please get in touch if you need any guidance on this.
  • Items can be viewed and inspected without opening the outer-packaging, this must be returned unsealed. Just like you would do in a physical shop.
  • We are unable to accept returned items that have been in some way damaged or used. Where outer packaging is missing or damaged in a way that the item cannot be sold again at full price, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to subtract the loss in valued incurred by the loss of packaging.
  • Posters need to be returned in original packaging: Rolled in tissue paper and sent in cardboard tube with cardboard wrapper. If you don't include the cardboard wrapper PostNord will charge 40 DKK which will be deducted from your final refund.

Receiving a Refund

  • If you regret your purchase, the purchase amount can be refunded. If the product is devaluated we will subtract the amount, you are liable for.
  • We will refund the purchase amount subtracted any delivery costs – thus only the value of the product – within 14 days from the day we receive your returned product.
  • We will transfer the amount by the same means of payment as the purchase was made. In case this is not possible you will receive a voucher. It is not possible to transfer the amount to other means of payment.
  • We can withhold payment until we receive the product.
