Payment

  • We accept payments with Visa and Mastercard.
  • The charge will be withdrawn from your account when your order is shipped unless otherwise stated on your order or a separate agreement has been made.
  • Liv Elinor Studio uses a payment provider named Stripe – an approved payment provider which encrypts all card details using SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This means your data is encrypted and safe.
  • Payment takes place using a 3D Secure connection, which makes shopping online safer for card holders and businesses.
  • This website additionally uses encryption and SSL Protocol via Shopify.com.
  • All payments will be deducted in DKK (Danish Crowns).

Minimum Order Value

Liv Elinor Studio is a small sole trader business and I, Liv Elinor, take care of all tasks related to running this shop including production, designing, packing etc. so for sustainable and financial reasons I kindly ask you to place an order of minimum 50 DKK (not including shipping).

Prices

  • All prices are including VAT.
  • Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be priced wrong. We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before dispatch to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order.
  • Furthermore we reserve the right to change the prices on the website without prior consent.

Handmade Products and Original Artwork

Many of our products are 100% handmade and carefully crafted by Liv Elinor. Each piece is unique and every irregularity or imperfection is a part of the piece and not considered a flaw or mistake. These unique qualities are part of the charm – and remember an original art piece is a one-of-a-kind product that only you own.

We do our best to make sure the photos on the website and the real world aligns, but we cannot guarantee that in some instances the product can look slightly different in the pictures compared to the real world. It will not be any major differences, rather small variations in for example size, colours and texture. If you want to return your item because of these reasons please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be covered by you.

Art Prints and Posters

To avoid waste of resources Art Prints and Posters are being produced to order. To ensure the best quality art prints will have to dry for 24 hours before shipping. Posters is printed at a printing house and if there's any wait (more than a week) I will inform you about this when you've placed your order.

Product Availability

What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

  • Whilst we try to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible, in the event that we are out of stock of an item you have purchased we will get in touch to inform you when the item will be back in stock. As soon as it is back in stock we will ship it to you and you'll receive an email confirmation.
  • We do our best so that you don't have to wait too long for your order. If you want more information about delivery times for a certain product you're always welcome to contact us at shop@livelinor.dk.

Warranty

  • We offer 2 years warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
  • It covers flaws in the material- or fabrication defects.
  • The warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear as well as errors or damages caused by incorrect use of the product.
  • You can either request getting the product replaced, receive your money back or get a reduced price on the item depending on the situation.
  • Of course we require that your claim is justified and that the defect has not been caused by incorrect handling of the product or other harmful actions
  • You must file your complaint within a “reasonable period” of having discovered the defect or flaw. Liv Elinor Studio have determined a reasonable period to be one month, unless we have agreed otherwise.
  • If the complaint is justified we will refund a reasonable shipping cost.
